The preparation of a five-course meal will be demonstrated by Chef Joel and then served. The recipes will also be handed out so you can follow along. French and Italian cuisine will be spotlighted.

In between courses, composer Joseph Bertolozzi will talk about his upcoming sessions in Paris where he will record the Eiffel Tower’s surfaces in preparation for his “Tower Music” project. He will explain the innovative concept’s origins and progress as well as outline his ground-breaking “Bridge Music,” complete with rarely heard audio samples. Just as “Bridge Music” uses the raw sounds of the Mid Hudson Bridge to create musical compositions, the same techniques will be used to reveal the voice of the Eiffel Tower for its 125th anniversary in 2014.
