Eika Tokunaga (they/them) is a composer and software engineer based in the Bay Area. Ever since their dad made them join choir in the 6th grade to make friends, music has been an essential part of their life. Nowadays, they study composition at the University of California, Berkeley and play Taiko Drums with Jiten Daiko in San Francisco.
Eika began coding while attending Oberlin College in 2018. They look to use their technological experience to deepen their connection to music and help further ACF’s mission of empowering artists.
They also enjoy interior design, playing and watching basketball, bouldering, and gardening.
