Voices of Ascension, and the launch of their new series of vocal chamber works was delayed last spring due to COVID. This first piece in the Voices of The New series, Astronautica: Voices of Women in Space, has been re-envisioned for an online premiere beginning Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at 6pm CST | 7pm EST. It will also be available for On Demand viewing.

The nine composers of Astronautica include Hai-Ting Chinn, Renée Favand-See, Jennifer Jolley, Elaine Lachica, Gilda Lyons, Rashonda Reeves, Kamala Sankaram, Jane Sheldon, and Bora Yoon.
