So, You Want To Be A College/University Music Professor?

In this webinar, Elliott Miles McKinley will share his experience and the things he has learned in the world of academia. Topics will include the job search, interview process, contract negotiation, how to read a job description, what to ask for, different levels of jobs, workload, expectations, the tenure process, and more.
Open to those at any stage of seeking a career as a college/university professor. This is free and open to anyone, focused mainly for those who are either thinking of graduate study or in a graduate music program with a goal of becoming a college/university professor, on the job market (ABD or post-doctoral), currently full/part-time adjuncting, or even those who are on the pre-tenure divide.
The Zoom registration will allow up to 25 direct participants. I will, however, livestream this event on Facebook and over on YouTube if you wish to watch and not directly participate.
