Patrick Valentino is an American conductor, composer, author and instrumentalist based in the Northeast. Patrick has also served as assistant conductor for the Ithaca College Orchestras, the Neponset Valley Philharmonic Orchestra (Symphony NOVA), and has been music director of St. Margaret Mary Parish. In addition to conducting, Patrick is an accomplished composer with a catalogue of nearly 100 works which have been performed on three continents. He writes reviews and music criticism, and his award-winning academic research has been presented at the Brockport Conference and the Whalen Symposium.
Patrick holds degrees from New England Conservatory, Ithaca College, and Montclair State University, and has studied at Moscow Conservatory in Russia. Future projects include multidisciplinary musical projects utilizing cross-collaboration with dance, acting, spoken word, lighting and electronics.
