The Singers – MCA, Matthew Culloton, conductor, perform the World Premier of Craig Carnahan’s “Ghost Camp” Text by Walt Whitman (1819-1892). The text for this piece dates to Walt Whitman’s experiences during the Civil War as a nurse and is taken from his journals and poetry.
James Ramlet, narrator: Ruth Palmer, piano; Heather Barringer, marimba/vibraphone/crotales; Pat O’Keefe. clarinets; Teresa Richardson, violoncello.
