Adrian D. Adderley is a Minneapolis–Saint Paul-based finance executive, community leader, and lifelong lover of music and the arts, now serving as the Director of Finance at the American Composers Forum.
With 15+ years of experience leading financial governance, enterprise transformation, and operational strategy across private equity–backed, technology, and financial services environments, Adrian has held CFO and COO roles with oversight of nearly $500M in revenue, guiding capital strategy, M&A integration, systems modernization, and organizational design with precision and purpose.
Beyond the balance sheet, Adrian has dedicated meaningful time to mission-driven work. He has served on the boards of Pharos Academy Charter School, Social Impact 360, and the Wagner College Nicolais School of Business Advisory Board; has been a lifelong volunteer with NY Cares; and has mentored young professionals throughout his career, committed to opening doors and building the next generation of leaders.
A co-founder and strategic partner of an art collective and creative studio, Adrian is also a practicing artist whose private collection spans his own original works alongside thoughtfully chosen acquisitions, a reflection of how deeply creativity is woven into who he is. Music, he’ll tell you, has been near and dear since childhood, from performing for his mother’s friends as a kid, to local talent shows, to a few mixtape features with friends in the industry. That thread has never left him, and it’s a big part of what brings him home to ACF’s mission.
Adrian holds an MBA in Finance from Nova Southeastern University and a BS in Business Administration from Wagner College.
