Dell Paulsen serves as ACF’s Technology and Community Manager, where they combine tech platform management with a genuine passion for people to help foster a vibrant and connected community among ACF’s artists, patrons, and advocates. A proud native of southern Appalachia, hailing from the ‘hills and hollers’ of East Tennessee, Dell’s musical taste is wide-ranging, spanning everything from the Pink Floyd and The Beatles introduced by their father to modern hip hop, electronic works, instrumental music, and experimental sound. A deep commitment to anti-racist values is central to their work, helping to ensure ACF’s technological infrastructure and community spaces are equitable and inclusive for all music creators. Based in NYC, outside of their role at ACF, Dell is an active local community advocate who enjoys connecting with those in their community, going to concerts with their partner, and unwinding with video games.
