The release states that the composer and all instrumentalists grant permission to the International Brazilian Opera Company (IBOC) and the IBOC Institute Opera Workshop to use the composer’s and performer’s image and likeness in a video recording of a performance of new works. This permission covers both educational and promotional uses, including but not limited to archiving, brochures, pamphlets, websites, streaming, fundraising, merchandise, social media promotion and marketing, as well as grant submissions and composers’ competitions.
It further notes that the composer and performers consent to the use of their name, image, voice, and likeness in perpetuity and without any expectation of additional compensation or royalties. By signing the release, the composer and performers confirm they are over 18 years of age and fully understand these terms.
These rights granted to IBOC are also transferred to the composer for use of the recordings under the same conditions.
