His career started in the world of food service, and now as the ACF’s Advocacy Manager, Dell Paulsen is doing what they can to advocate for those who create what he calls “food for the soul”. Hailing from the hills of East Tennessee, Dell’s passion for music started at a young age, when his father introduced him to the sounds of Pink Floyd and The Beatles. As he grew, so did his very eclectic taste in music, which includes hip hop, rock, electronic, what is commonly referred to as “classical”, and honestly any and all music with and without genre. Dell’s goals not only include advocating for today’s music creators, but doing so in a way that promotes the anti-racist values that ACF has dedicated itself to. Outside of work, Dell is a community advocate, an avid fan of being in the moment, and enjoys bringing people together and video games, podcasts, and reading.
